Description
There is a lot going on in this painting.
Very dark, intense areas of color which draw your eye in & then more subtle areas of pastel to allow the eye to rest. The negative space works beautifully here, with the interesting shapes becoming part of the composition and this is a perfect example of how “cells” should look, with lots of depth and movement & the metallic silver & crystal glitter doesn’t overpower, but adds subtle shimmers to the painting.
